General Objective:
The programs aim to develop Christ-centered, Marian-inspired community oriented and technically confident graduates of business education.
Specific Objective:
-
Develop Christ centered, Marian-inspired and intellectually-equipped business entrepreneurs, economists, bankers, financial analysts, accountants, management accountants, hoteliers and restaurateurs, nutritionist-dietitians and office administrators through its general and professional business education programs.

Develop morally upright students by providing them opportunities that will enable them to acquire values, attitudes and work ethics in order to become agents of positive change in the business world.

Provide sports and cultural programs for students to develop their personality, which is an asset in their dealings with members of the business community.

Compliment the outreach program of the university by conducting trainings in business enterprise, bookkeeping, nutrition intervention program, food preparation, computer literacy, and office administration to the UNO-R beneficiaries in order to uplift their standard of living.

Train students to conduct business research for them to gain useful knowledge and skills in the practice of their profession.
